Responsibilities:
As a member of the Sales Force Support of Hewlett Packard team you are to :
- Configuration specialist is the key point of contact for EMEA TSG Sales regarding direct configuration or quotation requests for value products and services
- Receives requests from Sales Reps and ensure there are clear requirement specifications to minimize rework
- Creates system / solution configurations in Watson based on the Service Request specifications
- Ensure configuration validity by checking all technical aspects and verify system part components availability
- Deliver a buildable and supportable configuration
- Ensure approved prices are reflected in the official customer quotation
- Participate in meetings regarding changes / updates on tools, products and/or services and follow-up accordingly
- Create complementary material such as guidelines, process changes / updates, validation rules updates, products or offerings changes
- Provide best-in-class solution by offering the customer the most competitive solution respecting specified requirements
