RECRUITMENT SPECIALIST
Our client is a multinational company, one of the most important players in its domain, who started a support center in Bucharest, Romania.

Responsibilities:
- Answers questions from Hiring Managers, candidates and local HR about recruitment process and specific requisitions
- Perform quality checks on incoming requisitions form from Hiring Manager
- Support Hiring Manager in the creation of the requisition for
- Maintain and updates job catalog and knowledge database
- Create job requisitions and select predefined selection tools, methods and channels
- Handle posting to standard channels and agencies in line with locally defined guidelines
- Handles all incoming job applications (email, paper and through the system)
- Screens candidates (data quality, qualification, special conditions, online tests)
- Create candidate reports and ensures recruitment statistics
- Organizes interviews
- Perform reference checks with former employers
- Reject candidates using predefined templates and maintain and update candidate database
- Closes requisitions

Requirements:
- A bachelor’s degree in human resources or business administration
- Minimum 1 year of experience in related process
- Customer service focus and strong interpersonal skills required
- Reliability
- Strong verbal/written skills and attention to detail
- Ability to consistently deliver high quality customer service in a professional manner
- Taking initiative in a proactive manner to improve own and team work practices
- Ability to develop and deliver oral and written communications which convey complex information in a simple, easily understandable manner
- Ability to handle a variety of workloads with a high degree of accuracy
- Polish language at an advanced level, both written and spoken
