Wycieczka na weekend. Konstanca z Histrią
Konstanca z Histrią
Z Bukaresztu autostradą to jedynie 3 godziny. Nocowaliśmy w Hotelu Palace, ale oprócz dobrej lokalizacji (na starówce i tuż nad Morzem) nie ma w nim nic atrakcyjnego. Starówka Konstancy nie jest zbyt imponująca, ale mozna zobaczyć meczet, muzeum archeologiczne i pospacerowac nadbrzeżem (ciekawe kasyno, niestety nieczynne). Na obiad/kolację polecam Irish Pub (świetny łosoś z owocami morza i kurczak w sosie blue).
Wariant z dziećmi: Akwarium przy nadbrzezu i Delfinarium (przy Mc Donald). W Delfinarium mają 3 delfiny, są sztuczki i pokazy (na pewno w niedzielę o 11-ej), jest planetarium (nudny wykład po rumunsku) i minizoo.
Wariant na upał: plaża w pobliskiej Mamaji (tłok!) i wycieczka nad plażą w kolejce linowej...
Godzinę drogi od Bukaresztu (na północ, w kierunku Tulczy) jest najstarsza grecka kolonia nad Morzem Czarnym, Histria. Ruiny miasta mozna przejść w godzinę, mozna też zwiedzić miejscowe muzeum z atrakcjami z wykopalisk. W okolicy wybrzeża jest wiele więcej takich starych greckich kolonii, ale do reszty nie dotarliśmy.

Job Description
To be able to adequately perform the following tasks a sorrow training programme with onsite face to face and remote training facilities will be delivered to all new employees. To ensure success, coaching and mentoring are a constant in the first months learning period.
The daily job consists in:
· effectively apply trained collection strategies;
· build a close relationship with a portfolio of assigned customers (by phone and email)
· identify, negotiate, implement payment solutions and overcome customer process inefficiencies
· document actions taken and determine future collection steps in a centralized system
· identify delays due to disputes
· identify root causes of problems and assign the issue towards the responsible department in order to resolve; to follow up internally to ensure timely resolution and to increase customer satisfaction
· establish international relationships with departments in HP worldwide (credit, order management, sales, accounting etc) to agree upon customer solutions to implement;
· demonstrate sound judgment, prompt follow-up, and timely structured escalations;
· identify "at risk" customers and engages key contacts (credit and sales) to resolve issues.
