Praca: Customer Service Advisor for Polish speakers

Requirements:

• Sales techniques & Negotiation(any experience in commercial activities will be highly appreciated);
• Fluency in Polish and English;
• Strong initiative and being proactive in moving forward;
• Adaptability and innovation;
• Very good communication skills and a strong focus on customer satisfaction;
• Operational efficiency and effective teamwork skills.
• Knowledge of any of the following topics will be highly appreciated: 
• International business rules
• Marketing Intelligence
• Customer Experience Management
• Supply Chain

Responsibilities:

• Ensure the good order and shipments execution according to the sales policy defined for the customer, including recording the customer
• orders/shipment related to commercial contract and optimizing shipments according to customers/partners requirements;
• Manage claims expressed by customers
• To execute export specific tasks, such as organizing shipments of ordered goods to the ship-to customers with the accurate documents according to international sales rules and international shipping rules
• Ensure the link with the sales team by providing constant feed-back from the customer and the market to business teams
• Contribute to the achievement of short term sales forecasts.
