You acquire and maintain excellent knowledge about your set of partners and distributors. You will support and develop your partners’ go-to-market strategy through commercial activities, which grow their business…… and yours!Responsibilities: Bid Support Channel Representative; · Responsible for the development of assigned Business partners and/or Distributors. · Activation responsibility for your partners by recognising their needs and translating these into programmatic campaigns, enablement and go-to-market strategies.· Qualification of pipeline opportunities· Validate the Oracle product stack· Upsell and maximise pipeline opportunities· Assist partners to qualify license migration opportunities· Facilitate interaction with sales, pre-sales and marketing · Enable partners’ adoption of Oracle initiatives· Professional-, partner centric approach in all aspects of your work· Achieve a high level of satisfaction of your VAD’s and partners Candidate Profile: · Degree-level education or equivalent · Energetic, commercially driven personality, committed to success· Excellent verbal & written communication skills and persuasive skills are essential.· Telephone and web skills / experience · Commercial (tele-)sales/channel/software distribution experience · Customer/partner support experience (service minded) · Channel awareness of Independent Software Vendors ( ISV’s)· Business process awareness · Software product awareness · Oracle (or software-) business practices preferred · Self- motivated to expand personal professional knowledge and success.· Desire to work in a high pressure, fast moving and challenging environment.· Language requirements:o South East Europe: English + Romanian or Serb/Croatiano Central Europe: English + Polish or Russiano France: French(primary) + English ·
