The Deal Specialist’s role is to act as a partner for Oracle Sales force, in a multicultural environment, by providing expert advice throughout the contracting process and creating high quality contract documentation in a timely manner, in support of maximizing Oracle Revenue.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide support for the Sales force during negotiation stages in structuring the deals.
Draft and process contract documentation for Oracle Services transactions.
Ensure compliance with Oracle guidelines and policies.
Keep up to date with the systems & applications used by Oracle
Support other global finance operation functions as required to ensure revenue is maximized for Oracle.

A DEAL SPECIALIST IS IN CHARGE OF :
Contracting Process – supporting sales representatives during the contract processes by drafting contracts for Oracle services.
Applying and advising on current business practices, pricing policies, revenue recognition policies, risk management, credit and current sales compensation guidelines;
Validation Process – providing final approval on[K2] signed contract documentation (ordering document, exhibits, agreement and purchasing documentations, signatures on all relevant documents)
Customer Service - interaction with several Oracle departments to provide the highest level of support to Sales Reps
Performing contract quality audits for the specific Line of Business.
Assisting with adjusting Oracle documents to the legislation of the supported country.
Attending training meetings and sessions and interacting professionally with peers and managers.
Participating in process improvement workshops together with other Sales support teams globally

REQUIREMENTS
· Fluency in English and German/Hebrew/Polish is a must
· University degree (desirable financial/economic).
· Excellent communications skills
· Good computer skills[K3] ( word and excel proficiency)
· Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and priorities.
